Are you passionate about empowering young minds through project-based learning? We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Project-Based Learning Coach to join our team. As a PBL Coach, you will play a pivotal role in fostering 21st-century skills and collaboration among primary students.
**Responsibilities**:
- Go through an onboarding process and learning journey of our curricula.
- Implement project-based learning curricula tailored to primary students' needs and interests.
- Facilitate engaging and interactive project-based learning activities in both individual and group settings.
- Provide guidance and support to students as they conceptualize, plan, and execute their projects.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance learning outcomes.
- Collaborate with curriculum designers and other members to integrate project-based learning initiatives into the curriculum.
- Manage the operational aspects of the learning process, including scheduling classes, and coordinating resources.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to address any issues or concerns related to the learning process.
- Stay updated on best practices and emerging trends in project-based learning education.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Education or a related field.
- Proven experience in project-based learning methodologies, preferably with primary students.
- Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative and innovative mindset with a passion for student-centered learning.
- Experience actively producing tangible outputs or creations using project-based learning methods, such as handmade crafts, artwork, multimedia projects, etc.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the diverse needs of students and teachers.
