- Specialized in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
- Mastering and understanding File Sharing,
- Mastering and understanding wired and wireless networks

- Strong ability in performing works of IT matters
- Be familiar with Linux Server, installation, and troubleshooting
- Excellent in troubleshooting ability and quickly resolve technical problems
- Providing hardware and software maintenance services.
- Maintenance of communication devices, namely provision and maintenance of telephone machines, PABX, FAX, CCTV and attendance machines.
- Familiar with windows OS, installation and troubleshooting
