**Summary**
Perform a range of supporting roles to IBC team based in Indonesia and visiting bankers travelling from other DB locations
**Responsibilities**
- Schedule and coordinate meetings with IBC existing and new clients
- Ongoing monitoring of finance news and announcements
- Maintaining of KYC files (ongoing and new) including translating documents as required
- Record and document meeting notes and minutes
- Expenses claims
- Travel arrangements
- Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying
- Write business letters, reports or office memos using word processing programmers
- Operate a range of office machines such as photocopiers, computers and faxes
- Update and maintain databases such as mailing lists, contact lists and client information
- Monitor and maintain office supplies
- In charge for logistic matter related to event hosted by IBC
- Support arrangements for offshore colleagues visiting Indonesia
**Experience/ Requirement**
- 4 years of support experience in investment banking - WPEE license preferred
- Competent computer skills including MS Office or equivalent
- Knowledge of operating standard office equipment
- Able to work methodically, accurately and neatly
- Good oral and written communication skills both English & Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to follow through, work hard and learn faster
- Able to work as part of a team
