Ibusibuk Junior Partnership Executive (Orami)

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Build and maintain strategic relationships with existing and potential brand partners.
- Negotiate with brand partners to attract partnership deals and ensure that the partnership aligns with the business' objectives and strategy.
- Gain a thorough understanding of partners' offerings and preferences to build mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Produce reports and conduct evaluations to determine the partnership's effectiveness and future improvements.
- Work closely with Mmarketing and Ccreative team in executing the partnership.
**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Male or Female between 22-28 years old.
- Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Marketing, Business, or equivalent.
- Have at least 1 years of experience in Partnership, Sales, or Business Development from digital marketing agency, media, publisher, KOL agency, or e-commerce.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing tools and tracking is an advantage.
- Excellent strategic thinking and negotiation skills.
- Able to work in a team and independently.
- Adaptable and a fast learner with a can-do attitude.
- Highly persuasive with good communication and interpersonal skills.
