Ibusibuk Senior Campaign Marketing Executive (Orami)

**We are looking for a Campaign Marketing Specialist to join our IbuSibuk marketing team which responsible for all of the various marketing activities in order to acquire new users and brands. The main area responsibility is to assist the marketing team in planning, organizing, and executing all marketing-related campaigns, working closely with other marketing personnel, creative teams, third parties agencies, and other teams across different business vertical.****Responsibilities**:- Strategize and execute marketing campaign programs that drive acquisition and lead generation across social media, events and digital campaigns.- Prepare compelling marketing collateral that adheres to brand and campaign guidelines with creative team.- Plan and execute digital activation campaign in social media by working closely with social media team.- Collaborate closely with digital marketing team to optimize content ads, landing pages and target segmentation.- Create post campaign analysis and evaluation to determine campaign effectiveness and future improvements.- Drive high-impact projects, in a fast-paced environment in big scale nation-wide campaigns, and major online and offline marketing efforts.**Requirements**:- Minimum 3 years of experience working in a Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, Agency, Branding.- Past experience in doing projects/campaigns which involves working together alongside various different team members across business verticals.- Prior experience in dealing and working with digital agencies.- Ability to translate goals and objective into strategies, plans and tactics with dynamic and fast pace working environment.- Strong business judgment and acute marketing sense with a successful track record.- Strong leadership skills; strong analytical & logical reasoning skills.- Good team player and capable leader, positive attitude and eager to learn.
