YOUR ROLE Ready to join a great team of Henkel with an exciting job opportunity as an Application Engineer? Field visits to end-users (majority of time) to understand habits, application specifics, analyze competitor landscape. Product recommendations, product applications demonstrations, technical visits. Support and/or develop technical videos. Work with application equipment to provide solutions to enhance customer adhesive related processes. Support standardization process of technical documents & ensure same data in all platforms. Supervise the laboratory work (incl. prioritization) for samples coming from customers and report technical results to customers. Reports quality issues / customers' claims to relevant parts of the organization. Leverage customer feedback to optimize current offers and identify new business opportunities for sales and marketing colleagues. Communicate with sales, marketing, Product Development, Innovation, members of technical field team or project team members. Stay up to trend on latest local regulations on construction, decoration and building Industry. YOUR SKILLS Bachelor's degree in chemical/engineering/technical education, relevant for construction industry. Possess at least 3-5 years' experience working hands-on with Craftsmen.
