Implementation Manager - Data Center

About Our Client We are currently partnering with a leading data center company that is looking for a competent Implementation Manager to help them in this time of growth.
Job Description Assist Sales Team to formulate technical proposals for the customers during tender process with the most ideal solution for both customers and the company. Manage end to end delivery process and handover with customers on DC site. Supports such as on a piece of a larger project as assigned Manages high-level project cost control and procurement Schedules implementation meetings with customers and cross-functional groups Collaborates with cross-functional teams to resolve issues during project implementation Support to liaison with customers to facilitate smooth service delivery and ensure provisioned services meet and exceed customers' expectations Serves as customers' point of contact for any escalation of issues during project implementation for small to medium scale project Engages and works with Sales and Operations team to manage and engage third party vendors and suppliers for services and materials The Successful Applicant Bachelor degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering Data Center experience is a plus 3-5 years experiences in project management is preferable Highly organised with outstanding attention to detail and a consistent dedication to resolving issues Flexible and able to work through challenges related to unique and non-standard solutions Self-driven personal and able to work independently with minimal supervision Experienced in using Microsoft Project, Microsoft Visio or Autocad Must be able to travel, as necessary, to manage customer projects What's on Offer Great career prospects as the growth opportunity in the company is tremendous.
