Job Responsibilities:
As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the operational and planning aspects of our business. Key tasks include:
Liaising with public offices such as Cukai, BPOM, and customs brokers to gather essential information.Performing data analytics using Excel.Managing correspondence with various stakeholders and public offices.Supporting administrative tasks (organizing files, setting meetings, handling emails).Assisting in the coordination of import/export procedures.Qualifications: Previous experience in an administrative or assistant role, ideally with experience dealing with public offices like customs and Cukai.Fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (spoken and written).Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively.Career Growth:
