6,000,000 IDR ~ 7,000,000 IDR
- Jakarta- Education: Bachelor's Degree in any field of study is preferred.
- Language: Ability to read, speak, write and understands English communicative (it is mandatory)
- Experience : Minimum 4 years of import and delivery related experience, preferably experiences in trading company
- MS Office skills (Excel)
- Experiences of ERP system is preferred.
- Must be able to type and possess spreadsheet skills.
- Being careful for minimizing the mistakes.
- Being willing to improve work flow for more efficient way.

**About work**????????**:
Receiving orders from customers, coordinates shipment of goods by contacting supplier, placing P/O and arranging shipment services.
Also includes adjustment of delivery deadline between customers and suppliers.
Examples are as follows:
1) Creating supporting documents for shipping procedures
2) Creating P/O
3) Checking PIB from forwarder
4) Creating SKI BPOM
5) Creating transfer requisition for paying PIB/import duty tax
6) Checking shipping documents from shipper
7) Communicating with suppliers overseas (shipping docs)
8) Monitoring shipment (by air/sea) by communicating with forwarders
9) Preparing delivery order & communicating with forwarders due to delivery schedule
10) Monitoring delivery process until the goods received
11) Checking and pass to Accounting team Invoice In transit from supplier
12) Preparing import realization report (monthly)
13) Checking Inventory report and informed expired date to supervisor
Researches and stays on top of import and export regulations.
Deal with government agencies regarding import and delivery issues.
Monitors incoming shipments and notifies appropriate department & staff of any delays of deliveries.
Perform any other unexpected issues regarding import and delivery.
