Shipping instructions- 2. Summary of inventory results- 3. Primary response to complaints- 4. Delivery confirmation-- 6. Arranging and scheduling import orders from various clients- 7. Other related tasks-- 1. Minimum 1 year experience as import/export staff in logistics company or trading company- 2. Proficiency of English, both verbal and written- 3. PPJK certificate will be an advantage- 4. Have experience handling customer service for import/export service will be an advantage- 5.
