Import Export Staff

- Full Time- Minimum 1 year experience as Import / Export Staff in Logistics / Forwarding / Trading company
- Proficiency in English, both verbal and written
- PPJK Certificate will be an advantage

PERSOLKELLY Indonesia is currently assisting one of our clients, a big Multinational Freight Forwarding Company to find the best talent for Import Export Staff.

Key Responsibilities Areas:

- Be accountable for customs, duties, tariffs, drawback, refunds & exclusions, and maintenance of foreign trade data in the company database including:
- 1. Shipping instructions- 2. Summary of inventory results- 3. Primary response to complaints- 4. Delivery confirmation-
- 6. Arranging and scheduling import orders from various clients- 7. Other related tasks-
- 1. Minimum 1 year experience as import/export staff in logistics company or trading company- 2. Proficiency of English, both verbal and written- 3. PPJK certificate will be an advantage- 4.
