Import Officer

Prepare and coordinate PO to Vendors

Negotiate with forwarder and checking Import docs (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Sales Contract, PO, BL, E-COO &PIB)

Ensure Customs docs are in accordance with the PO release

Check the Pre Shipment Instructions and shipping mark before the goods are shipped

Help monitor ordered goods until they reach the warehouse

Check with buyer and procurement teams for goods delivery plan

Coordinate with finance team for process payment to vendors and duty import

Responsible and report to procurement manager

Managing Purchase Agreement with Vendors
Understand regulation of Import (HS, Lartas, PI & etc)

Have 1 years of work experience in the same field

Experience in handling Import

At lease bachelor degree all major min GPA 3.00

Fluent in English

Proficient to work using google sheet and mc office

Detail oriented, able to meet tight deadline and good communication skill
