Improve Plant Manager

**Purpose of the job**:
Lead Improve Plant team members starting with recording the plant utilization, enabling and managing idea generation and screening, and driving implementation of process improvements and problem solving.
The works require extensive coordination and cooperation with operations and maintenance teams to ensure that production and maintenance is performed efficiently meeting all customer, safety, quality, legal and budget requirements.
**Process responsibility**:
This position is the Lead Driver for process improvement for increasing plant efficiency and creating value added.
**Skills/Knowledge/Experience**:

- 10+ years of Industrial and leadership experience in operations.
- Good skills on OEE.
- Experienced in RCAs and FMEAs and statistical process control
- Lean/Six Sigma certification or similar preferred.
- Experience in fiber production processes preferred
- Effective analytical and communication skills
- Familiarization of all areas of a manufacturing plant, including SHE, Capex, Logistics, etc.
- Effective with MS office programs and SAP
- English according to ALTE level C1/4
