In-House Legal Counsel

**PT. Mahanusa Capital ("the Company")** is a leading Indonesian investment and operating company that has invested in various sectors, including **real estate, mining, financial services, manufacturing, consumer goods, and tech-startups** (technology-focused early-stage companies).

The Company is looking for an In-house Legal Counsel with the following Job Descriptions and Requirements

**Job Descriptions**
- Serve as an in-house legal counsel available for the day-to-day needs of the Company's management.
- Provide general legal oversight and advice to the Company's subsidiaries.
- Analyze, identify, and manage legal risks faced by the Company and its subsidiaries in conducting their businesses.
- Maintain the validity of the Company and its subsidiaries' licensing status, especially the licenses of the legal aspects of acquisition/expansion or divestment including coordinating the legal due diligence process and post-closing M&A integration.

**Requirements**:

- 3 to 4 years experience in a reputable law firm or as an in-house legal counsel in a mining company.
- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Law from a reputable university.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Jakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
