**Inbound & Staging Admin****JOB PURPOSE**- Perform inbound and staging warehousing system (receiving, material unloading, material staging and stock monitoring)**YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**- Received raw and packaging material from local and import vendor.- Checking on transportation safety, product, quantity, delivery documentation accuracy, balance order with refer to security check list, Purchase Order, DO, DN, GR.- RM/PM quality checking on arrival with send sample and document to Quality Department and request for material release confirmation to proceed unloading material process.- Contact Vendor (Local Vendor-Logistics Department), PPIC / material planner if material received not match with product and balance quantity on PO.- Communicating with operation and 3rd party supplier transportation during material unloading process.- Record all transaction on receiving record documentation and check actual material received compare to delivery order documentation.- Issue and record Good Received Note for internal process of payment and delivery tracking- Receive material requisition (MR) from operation, Check material requisition (MR) with available stock of raw and packaging material and pro actively informed Planner and operation if any concern/issue on stock and Material transfer preparations with checking on batch number and locations to ensure FIFO policy in place.**WHO YOU ARE****Education****Relevant experiences****Main competencies for the jo**b**- Collaborates, Efficiency, Flexibility**Communication**- Strong communication in Bahasa and passive for English**Application Period**:- 3 - 16 May 2024**Reference Code**:- 816708**Division**:- Crop Science**Location**:- Tangerang**Functional Area**:- Production&Manufacturing**Position Grade**:- R08**Employment Type**:- Contractual - One Year**Work Time**:- Flexi Hours - 8 working hours**Contact Us****Address****Telephone****E-Mail**- PT Bayer Indonesia- Menara Astra, 33rd floor- Jl.
