**Job Description**:Responsible on analyzing, classifying and reporting the data from transactions including revenue and payment from night auditor, to support in decision making; analyze and report on any unusual or fraudulent transactions.- Verify that sales from Rooms departments, Food & Beverage department, and Other Operating departments, reviewed by the Night Auditor, are correct.- Ensure voucher totals correspond with the Night Auditor report and the Food & Beverage revenue report. Ensure that guest ledger balance and total of all account detail balances for each room correspond to the system-generated guest ledger and General Ledger balance.- Ensure that all sales voucher forms are used in sequence, with any lost and voided vouchers reported according to the procedure, and to file them by outlet and in date order. Ensure the timely preparation and distribution of the daily revenue and statistics report.- Post all transaction in the Revenue journal and to post into the Allowance journal any adjustment which may occur after those sales receipts are confirmed.- Verify that all F&B discounted checks are fully justified, properly recorded into POS system and prepare subsequent reports, as necessary, for hotel management.- Make sure all control and procedures are being in placed as per EVALPAC standard.Work Experience- Minimum Diploma in Accounting.- At least 2 - 3 years at same capacity at hotel finance.- Excellent command of the English language both written and verbal.- Advanced knowledge of the principles and practices within the hospitality finance profession- Detailed and meticulous- Proficient in using SUN, Opera PMS, Microsoft Excel- Strong audit sense and sound business acumen- A team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.- Possess good communication- Highly motivated individual**Benefits**:- Opportunity to develop career mobility with international hotel chain.- Eligible to stay in hotels cross brand within the group with employee rate.- Develop your talent through learning programs and access to e-learning academy to support your career development by Academy Accor.
