We are seeking dedicated and motivated individuals to join our team as a community organizers.
As a Community Organizer, you will be responsible for conducting direct outreach related to our product within the local community of small store owners and other merchants.
**Job Level**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Travel within the community to different store locations to introduce store owners to BulkMagic, a pioneering method for raising prepaid income for merchants.
- Adhere to project timelines and meet daily/weekly targets for outreach.
- Submit completed reports to the designated supervisor in a timely manner.
- Provide notes on any merchant feedback, challenges, and/or successful strategies encountered during the outreach process.
**Requirements**:
- Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking the local language is essential.
- Tech savvy and able to discuss a new mobile app with local merchants.
- Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of individuals, including store owners, managers, and staff.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately explain the benefits of our app.
- Willingness to travel within the community to different store locations as required.
- Prior experience in community engagement is desirable but not mandatory.

**Reporting**:
Reporting is to be done on a weekly basis, noting comments from the field as well as the BulkMagic store number of each onboarded merchant.
