The Citi GCB Remainco Payment & Third Party Engagement Officer is responsible to support and assist GCB RemainCo team manage any residual activities focusing on third party engagement and payment/settlement activities. The role is also responsible to manage any projects related to the process streamlining and enhancement to support third party and payment activities. The role will also closely interact with various in-country and regional functional partners.
**Responsibilities**:
- Identify, manage, and assess implication of third party related activities/processes to be mapped for post divestiture period (inter-affiliates relationship assessment, necessary novation and revocation to existing relationship).
- Connect with in perimeter GCB team to ensure handover of activities and processes relevant to be carried out to post divestiture period (formalizing desktop and process flows, ensuring system and resources availability for execution.).
- Manage any payment and settlement to be executed post divestiture for any short and long tail items related to GCB business.
- Support any operational activities or project management related to residual GCB portfolio post business divestiture period
- Partner with local and regional business management team to ensure alignment of business goals
- Prepare materials, record minutes, and follow-up as needed on items for business committees and/ or regular business meetings
- Seek out sources, track, consolidate and analyze ad-hoc and regular business requests
- Communicate business knowledge, product knowledge, and requirements to business and internal support functions
**Qualifications**:
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in similar industry, preferably banking industry
- Possesses relevant experience in operations especially in payment/settlement and third party management.
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills, experienced in dealing and working with various stakeholders

- Bachelor's Degree/University degree or equivalent experience
