The Indonesia GCB Remainco Reporting and Regulatory Engagement Officer is responsible to identify, prepare and deliver relevant reporting (management and regulatory) to be carried out post Indonesia GCB's business divestiture period and ensure compliance to regulatory requirement as applicable. The role is also responsible to manage any projects related to enhancement and process streamlining initiatives to improve process and activities related to management and regulatory reporting post business divestiture.
**Responsibilities**:
- Identify and prepare relevant reporting (managerial and regulatory) post divestiture period, including but not limited to identifying applicable reporting to carry over, design the reporting mechanism, setup reporting timeline and ensure timely and accuracy of regulatory reporting post divestiture period.
- Assist and lead the development of system or tool that will be developed to help the preparation and submission of regulatory reporting as applicable.
- Engage with appropriate regulatory bodies through relevant partners within country to ensure compliance towards applicable regulatory requirement.
- Support any operational activities or project management related to residual GCB portfolio post business divestiture period
- Partner with local and regional business management team to ensure alignment of business goals
- Prepare materials, record minutes, and follow-up as needed on items for business committees and/ or regular business meetings
- Seek out sources, track, consolidate and analyze ad-hoc and regular business requests
- Communicate business knowledge, product knowledge, and requirements to business and internal support functions
**Qualifications**:
- 0-2 years of relevant experience in similar industry, preferably banking industry
- Possesses relevant experience in operations especially in regulatory and management reporting preparation and submission.
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills, experienced in dealing and working with various stakeholders

- Bachelor's Degree/University degree or equivalent experience
