- Manage, configure, and maintain network infrastructure for clients.
- Plan and implement network upgrades and new installations.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot network issues.
- Ensure the highest network availability and reliability.
- Implement security measures to protect the network from cyber threats.
- Provide technical support to clients.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging network technologies and industry trends.

**Qualifications (Must Haves)**
- Experience in ISP, Telco, or Telecom vendor services.
- CCNA or above certification.

**Qualifications (preferred)**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience with OTT system and devices preferred.
