The Trade and Installer Sales Manager is responsible for delivering targeted sales on identified portfolio and to secure new business opportunities as identified by the Management and whenever they become available
Essential
**Responsibilities**:
Sales and Business Development 50%
- Develop new contacts with Prospect Developer and Data Center Companies
- Develop new contacts with Prospect Main Contractors
- Develop new contacts with Prospect M&E Contractors and Consultants:
- Supporting existing distributors and identify any potential distributors, or local partner to sell Prysmian products
- Promote Prysmian Products through site visit, meetings and presentation
- Monitor competitors' activities.
- Sell to prospective and existing domestic customers including to develop and manage routes to market in the domestic market.
Quotations and Sales Administration 30%
- Fill up Sales Handover and validate the quotation request
- Follow up status of tenders, check quotations before submission and submit to the client
- Clarify any technical specification and commercial requirement
- Negotiate the final terms with clients
- Ensure the handover of sales order to Back office is running smoothly
- Liaise with Back Office departments to ensure timely response to customers inquiries
- Actively communicate with Logistic/Back Office/R&D to ensure get best support for Costing, Delivery and Technical proposal.
- Monitor and produce report on sales activity through Sales Force, monthly sales reports and forecasts and manage customers' database
- Liaise with the customers to ensure proper execution of orders and on-time delivery
Financial Management 20%
- Ensure on-time debt collection from all customers.
2. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Work and Behavioural Competencies/Skills
- Experience and knowledge of sales principles and techniques
- Knowledge of Commercial Building and Data Center markets and projects
- Ability to set working instruction to be efficient but remain flexible when customer conditions are required.
- Highly computer literate
Qualifications
- University degree or Diploma in any discipline, preferably from Engineering or technical background
- Good proficiency in English, written and spoken
Experience
- Minimum 3 years in Commercial Building and Data Center Sales field and preferably the electrical-related or cables industry.
- Has developed and executed tactical sales plans Demonstrated knowledge of the sales process, sales programmes, company systems as well as both in-house and field based sales operations
