Industrial Engineer Staff

**Job Descriptions**
- Ensure Operation Breakdown (OB) and balancing the line for better productivity in sewing line
- Measuring accurate factory efficiency, line performance, changeover effectiveness, capacity study, time & motion study, machine breakdown, etc.
- Set up base target based on basic, semi-critical & critical operations and ensure the implementation of line and special incentive policy.
- Set up SOP, process Flow chart & process re-engineering to improve the processes.
- Conduct skill assessment of new operators, ensure floor discipline, identify training needs and manage their work quality.
- Optimum of utilization Man, Machine & Method (3M).
- Analyze Efficiency and improve the system by implementing kaizen and innovation in the process.
- Ensure safety, quality, and compliance activities in the workplace.
- SMV (Standard Minutes Value), Efficiency calculation and assigned a Target based on efficiency and SMV.
- Six sigma Implementation Using DMAIC approach.
- Adopt industrial engineering practice in every possible area for maximum productivity and ensure optimum utilization of resources & implementation of QCO.
- Establish lean manufacturing culture to reduce non-value-added processes.
- Able to run Hanger lines

**Requirements**:

- Min. 3 years proven experience in the same role or related position
- Min. Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or any related field
- Proficient in English is preferable
- Having Experience with Hanger Lines / Hanger System (INA/ETON/Sunrise/STC)
- Having experience working with adidas/Nike is preferable

Pay: Rp400,000,000 - Rp500,000,000 per month
