**INDUSTRIAL PROJECT DEPARTMENT HEAD**
**OBJECTIVES**
- As member of the country SMT, provides IP input to key country business decisions and programs
- Leads and develops the entire IP organization and acts as coach for IP Team Leaders and
- Managers
- Implements global/regional IP strategy/programs to deliver superior service and customer satisfaction
- Drives achievement of global IP KPIs and manages and improves IP performance
- Is final escalation point for all IP-related matters in the country
- Manages costs/budget and headcount of the IP function
**JOB DUTIES**
- Supports Country Head and Management Team as the "key advocate" of customer interests
- Plays a key role between customers, Product and Operations in ensuring smooth customer-related process flow and increasing customer retention
- Leads, motivates and supervises the IP organization to achieve high performance and service quality
- Identifies customer needs and works on improving customer satisfaction
- Is sensitive to emerging customer and market requirements and passes them on in the organization
- Identifies training needs and opportunities to develop and retain a highly skilled CS team
- Maintains good relationship with overseas working partners to ensure customer excellence and communicates improvement opportunities to regional level
- Develops sustainable relationship with key corporate customers
- Drives execution of global/regional strategy/programs on country level
- Drives achievement of IP targets and KPIs
- Monitors subcontractor/supplier performance and suggests improvement steps
- Handles escalated Customer Service related issues
- Prioritizes and manages the allocation of appropriates resources
- Comply with QHSE procedure and regulation
- Actively participate in all QHSE program
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Education background minimum Bachelor Degree
- Experience in Industrial Project minimum 10 years
- English Fluency both in writing and speaking
- Computer Literacy is a must
