Job Responsibility Industrial Relation & General Affair Asst. Manager: Has great analytical thinking in creating annual plan for General Affair and Industrial Relation Program Has good experienced in creating unique and challenging programs related to General Affair and Industrial Relation matter. Has good mindset in producing good service as General Affair to employees Deep understanding of Labor Union, Industrial Relation, and Legal Expertise in handling General Affair operation & understanding ISO 14001. Expertise in handling transportation, catering, security, janitor. Expertise in handling Health Insurance. Good experienced in handling company legal issues and documents (internal/external). Capable in assisting HR&GA Manager on yearly plan and make report with deep analysis. Capable in planning and executing GA vision and program in 4.0 technology era Has good relation with government and 3rd parties related to industrial relation. Bachelor degree in Law and 3 years experience in HR or related. Hard worker & good communication. Has ability to lead and create good teamwork with younger and older colleagues.
