Manage the complaint procedure

Oversee dispute resolution involving employees, management, trade unions, government agencies, other companies, etc.
Advise management on matters relating to union-management relations, employment agreements, MOUs, and other legal documents.
Negotiating collective bargaining agreements with union

Prepare documents related to the completion of the employee termination

Maintain and update all labour related policies and procedures and ensure the enforcement and adherence of these policies and procedures

Implement disciplinary action Tanggung Jawab

Has extensive experience in handling industrial case, multiple union, negotiation with union regarding collective labor agreement, and run LKS Bipartit

In-depth knowledge regarding labor law

Ability to multitask in fast-paced, manage time and work strict deadlines


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
