Industrial Relations Manager

**Job Descriptions**:
1. Ensure compliance with company and government regulations related to labor.

2. Carry out employee relations development to create a conducive working environment for all parties.

3. Resolve and anticipate disputes involving labor organizations, management, employees or government, agencies, etc.

4. Follow up reports related to violations of company regulations in cooperation with related parties.

5. Make a report of cases resolved

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor/Master Degree in Law

2. Excellent knowledge in Labor Law, and keep up-to-date with the government regulations

3. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the field of Human Resources/Human Capital

4. Having a good communication and problem solving skills

5. Good analytical and using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
