**"Algorithmics" is an international (95+ countries) school of mathematics and programming for children.**We are one of the top EdTech projects: Forbes, Inc, and others write about us.We are growing rapidly, regularly introducing new products and directions that require involvement and development alongside the company.Remote work and flexible schedules are possible with us.Currently, we are looking for a **Creative Manager** to join our friendly B2C team in Indonesia.**Responsibilities**:- Search for information and create presentations on market trends, current topics, and memes;- Create briefs for video production and design;- Participate in brainstorming sessions;- Structure and rank data from brainstorming for further work on leading hypotheses;- Constantly monitor trends and react in a timely manner, making proposals for utilizing these trends.**About you**:- Experience in marketing and advertising, preferably in the B2C sector;- Proficiency in English at the B2 level;- Deep understanding of the local market in Indonesia and its cultural specificities;- Creative thinking and the ability to generate original ideas;- Skills in creating presentations and visual materials;- Ability to communicate effectively and work in a team;- Commitment to continuous self-improvement and learning new work methods.**Conditions**:- Remote work format;- Competitive salary;- 5/2 work schedule.- IT Edtech Company**Join us if you are ready to bring creative ideas to life and inspire our audience!****Salary**: Rp7,000,000 - Rp9,000,000 per month**Experience**:- Marketing: 1 year (required)**Language**:- English (required)Expected Start Date: 04/30/2024
