We are seeking a driven and creative Influencer Marketing Specialist to join our collaborative team. In this role, you will be a key player in developing and executing influencer marketing strategies to elevate our brand presence and achieve our marketing goals. You will be responsible for identifying and building relationships with relevant influencers, managing campaigns, and analysing performance to ensure maximum impact.
Role: Research and identify potential influencers across various social media platforms, aligning with our target audience and brand values. Come up with fresh and exciting ways to use influencers to help reach your campaign goals. Build and nurture authentic relationships with influencers, fostering long-term partnerships. Negotiate contracts, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with legal and ethical guidelines. Collaborate with influencers on content creation, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and campaign goals. Manage campaign execution, including scheduling, content approval, and performance tracking. Analyse campaign performance, providing regular reports and data-driven insights to optimise future strategies. Stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in the ever-evolving landscape of influencer marketing. You: 5+ years of experience in marketing or related industry BA/BS degree in Marketing, Communications or equivalent experience Proven experience in influencer marketing or social media management. Strong understanding of social media platforms and their unique audiences. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach. The ideal candidate should have a solid grasp of social media platforms and their management tools, including Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Brandwatch, and Sprout Social. Ability to analyse and report on social media performance using marketing data. Basic project management skills, including task prioritisation and tracking for social media content development. Exceptional verbal and written English communication and presentation skills and ideally fluent in another Asian language to cover projects across APAC.
