We are looking for Information Management Analyst (IT HR) based in Surabaya.
YOUR 'DAY TO DAY'
- Lead the Business Team by collecting all the facts and system requirement, provide analysis, liaising with IT and vendor, proposing process and system design to the Manager and user, do the system testing, and ensure the system deployment incl. new process implementation
- Document all the project materials from Project Initialization to Project Post Go-Live Support as standard Project Management in order to meet audit standard
- Assist in updating internal P&C Service users about details of new system flow, features / functionality, or mechanism in order to ensure knowledge of internal team prior to Application Launching, support the hypercare period, and transfer to business as usual
- Ensure existing interfaces between P&C systems and other local and global systems are properly monitored and maintained ensure proper documentation for all support activities
- Perform and document P&C data audit on a daily / weekly / monthly basis using appropriate system tools to ensure only up to date and quality P&C data are kept in the systems.
- Provide first cut analysis on current specific P&C business system and process for further discussion on recommendation for a better (improvement) and more streamlined process
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor's degree from Information Technology or Computer Science major
- Has experience and knowledged in Excel, PeopleSoft Oracle, Oracle SQL, and SAP
- At least 2 years professional experience in IT ideally combined with P&C is a plus
- Knowledge in Change Management, global and local P&C processes and guidelines - P&C System Management are a plus
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills are a must (both in English and Bahasa Indonesia)
- Good in communication, people oriented and having strong analytical thinking
- Willing to be placed in Surabaya
