**About this role**
The Senior Project Manager will lead and manage bids and project delivery for large scale multidisciplinary infrastructure projects leveraging the broader Arup capabilities.
Delivering excellence for our clients through developing Arup solutions to client challenges.
**What will I do?
**
- Bring together capabilities through integrating collaboratively wider One Arup expertise to create the capability to deliver commercial positively projects with excellence
- Responsible in managing bidding work and project delivery
- Manage the development, design, and large, complex, long-term projects.
This will involve coordinating people, facilities, and resources within tight timelines and in line with budgetary constraints
- Expected to work without supervision, referring up as necessary.
In achieving this you will be responsible for meeting deadlines, monitoring budges, and controlling expenditure to meet financial targets in your own area
- Represent Arup at internal and external events and you may be responsible for designing and delivering events, activities and projects which impact the business
**What will I bring?
**
- Recognized relevant tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Project Management, or similar area
- Relevant industry experience in infrastructure within a consulting business environment
- Chartered Membership of relevant professional institutions/professional peer bodies or significant credit towards eligibility for membership
- Effective written communication and report writing skills
- Ability to remain positively motivated and foster team spirit at times of significant pressure, including assisting others to meet deadlines
