Responsible under guidance of Automation Lead assist by Senior Electrical Engineer for safe efficient and reliable routine and major engineering activity of a multiple unit on Power plant and Air Separation Unit plant in Instrumentation and Process Control scope of work
- Follow all company and safety procedure/rules
- Design and/or review the best process control strategy required as per the job assigned
- Design and/or review the best instrumentation system strategy required as per the job assigned
- Create EMOC on every modification required
- Create project estimation and selection
- Assist Maintenance section on day-to-day activities as per requirement
- Assist IS Department on day-to-day activities as per requirement
- Liaise with regional platform within acknowledgement by the Lead of Automation and Senior Electrical Engineer
- Man Management & labor management in project basis
- Responsible for improving performance all Instrumentation and Process Control Issue on the power and ASU plant
- Responsible for any urgent emergency call related with Instrumentation and Process Control
- Deliver minor Project for internal Instrument and Control group and multidepartment
- Responsible for delegated as Lead of Automation when Lead Automation is not capable to attend to work in plant
- At least 3 - 5 years experience in a related industrial environment such PLC system, DCS, field device instrumentation, process analyser devices and computer network as well
- Practical knowledge and skill in conducting Hazard Analysis and Operability Study (HAZOPS) techniques, Risk Assessment and managing loss prevention program, Root Cause Analysis
