Insurance Claim Staff

**Job Descriptions**:

- Receiving & returning vehicles to User/Director who provides the service.
- Carry out an initial vehicle inspection before service and re-inspection after service before handing it over
- Provide technical explanations and suggestions to Users/Directors regarding the services carried out, and suggestions for further services.
- Provide technical explanations to Users/Directors if information needs to be known regarding changes in work hours.
- Follow up on the results of repairs that have been carried out and educate on the importance of carrying out repairs regularly.

**Job Qualifications**:

- Minimum Diploma's Degree in automotive / Mechanical Engineering major.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in related field.
- Have experience in authorized workshops.
- Have experience driving luxury vehicles.
- Experienced in making vehicle insurance claims.
- Expert in Ms. Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Have good communication skills.
- Have a good attitude, easy going, and target-oriented.
- Willing to be placed in BSD City, South Tangerang.
