Insurance Product Manager

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Act as Product Owner for assigned Insurance Products from ideation to GTM, plotting the Product strategy & roadmap, and owning the related product metrics such as revenue, loss ratio, expense ratio, and customer experience
- Drive revenue and profitability growth by continuously experimenting with growth ideas
- Be the voice of the customer, by building a consumer-centric focus and by collaborating with the distribution, operations, marketing, tech product, and engineering teams
- Build an ecosystem of external partnership and services that add value to the customer
- Establish the customer marketing and promotion framework to drive scale exponentially
- Maintain a roadmap of tech and non-tech features, and drive delivery of the roadmap

**QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS**
- 4 years of professional experience in insurance industry
- University degree in Engineering or Business Administration
- Prior experience in Insurance, Consumer Tech or Consulting
- Industry sector experience in Automotive, Logistics, Consumer Finance, Travel, and Healthcare will be a plus
- Able to problem-solve, prioritize, and breakdown problems in a structured manner
- Able to manage multiple stakeholders across different functions
- Strong focus on customer experience
- Knowledge of data analytics tools such as SQL will be a plus

**Salary**: From Rp15,000,000 per month
