Insurance Specialist (Semarang) - Zurich Asuransi

Job Summary- 1. Conduct intensive sales activities to both new and existing customers to achieve sales targets, both for new business and renewal.- 2. Build relationships with new and existing customers to expand and strengthen cooperation that can facilitate business, both for new business and renewal.- 3. Handle account receivables to ensure timely premium payments.- 4. Handle issues that arise in the assigned segment to ensure smooth sales operations.- 5. Manage customer data completeness to ensure smooth policy production process and adherence to lead times.- 6. Implement work-related improvements to enhance effectiveness and efficiency.- 7. Prepare regular sales activity reports to provide a comprehensive overview of the activities conducted and achievements of the Insurance Specialist team- Job Qualifications- Min 2 years' experience in general insurance**Why Zurich**
