You'll be solving supply chain problems that span the whole world: a smoke-free world. Your 'day to day' - Evaluate operational system and facility infrastructure to ascertain and improve operational efficiencies. - Ensure continuous and safe operation of utilities equipment and systems via proper organization and coordination of employees and/or outsourced services. - Ensure mínimal energy and water consumptions by monitoring energy and water processes and consumption and minimize other costs related with utilities operations. - Conduct feasibility studies related to improvement of existing utilities, analyze effectiveness of technical solutions in order to develop short and long-term plans for effective factory operations. - Organize, plan and monitor execution of preventive, corrective maintenance and repair of all utility installations in order to secure continuous production, high productivity and excellent quality of utilities, keeping costs minimized. - Ensure that all contracted services are delivered on time, at reasonable cost and in full compliance with PMI standards, Sustainability norms and local legislation requirements. Who we're looking for - Bachelor Degree in Engineering Field - Minimum having 5 years of experience in engineering field related to Factory Operation & Maintenance - Having experience in facility / utility management is required - Experience in project management is an advantage" - Fluent In English both written & spoken - Strong knowlegde in mechanical, electrical, HVAC, steam boiler, water treatment & other utilities system - Good understanding of technical drawings (P&ID, SLD, Process Diagram) is a must - Strong leadership skill & good communication skill is required What we offer Our success depends on our talented employees who come to work here every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
