Interior Decoration Site Supervisor

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and manage interior decoration projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed within the specified time frame and budget.
- Oversee on-site construction activities, coordinating with subcontractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor and enforce safety protocols and quality standards on the construction site.
- Collaborate with the design team to interpret and implement design plans, ensuring the final result meets the client's expectations.
- Manage project documentation, including drawings, change orders, and project schedules.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address any issues that may affect the project timeline or quality.
- Provide regular updates to the project manager and stakeholders on the progress of the project.
- Solve problems and make decisions to ensure the successful completion of the project.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or higher in civil engineering or a related field.
- More than 3 years of field construction management experience, with expertise in the construction processes of renovation projects and project management.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and AutoCAD software.
- Ability to create and calculate change drawings and final project drawings.
- In-depth understanding of construction technology, equipment, and materials in the field of interior decoration.
- Knowledge of project operational processes, national and regional laws and regulations, and engineering acceptance standards.
- Excellent learning ability, outstanding communication skills, good coordination skills, and exceptional organizational skills.
- Physically fit, enthusiastic, and possessing a strong sense of responsibility.
- **Fluent** in **English** or **Mandarin** (Writing & Speaking)
- **Willing to Relocate to Haryana, India (Must)**

**Salary**: Rp50,000,000 - Rp80,000,000 per month
