**Responsibilities**:
1. Lead and manage interior design projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
2. Develop and maintain project schedules, identifying critical milestones and dependencies to ensure smooth project execution.
3. Coordinate and communicate with clients to understand their vision, goals, and feedback throughout the project lifecycle.
4. Source and liaise with contractors and other stakeholders to procure materials, furnishings, and equipment required for projects.
5. Provide effective leadership to project teams, delegating tasks, setting priorities, and monitoring progress to achieve project goals.
6. Resolve project-related challenges, conflicts, and changes by making informed decisions and adapting strategies as needed.
7. Foster positive relationships with clients, contractors, team members, and other stakeholders to enhance collaboration and client satisfaction.
8. Stay updated with industry trends, codes, regulations, and best practices in interior design to ensure projects meet the latest standards.
**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
2. Proven experience (typically 3+ years) as a Project Manager in the interior design or construction industry.
3. Leadership capabilities to guide and motivate project teams and contractors.
4. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and clients.
6. Problem-solving skills to address challenges and changes that may arise during projects.
7. Attention to detail to ensure design specifications are accurately followed.
8. Flexibility to adapt to evolving project requirements and tight deadlines.
9. Budget management skills, including cost estimation and control.
