- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position (pInterior Contractor, General Contractor, Construction Management and Consultant, Building Management).
- Experience in managing Fit-Out work in (preferably grade A) office buildings
- Excellent using Microsoft Office, Auto CAD, Sketch Up, Coreldraw/Photoshop.
- Have basic knowledge of civil, interior, especially MEP of buildings
- Have a good communication in English is a Must and able to speak in Japanese is a plus.
