Be a force for good with Nestlé Indonesia by playing the role as Intermarket Supply (IMS) Planner Specialist, you will be responsible to manage Import/ Export project of Finished goods/Semi-Finished goods to ensure end-to-end activities from project brief until hand over to operation activity. Monitor/oversee importing/ exporting process to Nestle Indonesia/Nestle Affiliates to support the committed Customer Service level and On-shelf Availibity by achieving all KPIs as agreed. Supervise and provide consultation to New Import/Export Product Development staff and other colleagues about Import regulations, import requirements, tariff & import duty and all related import procedures for good business decision making and ensure supply according to the BU's launch targets and agreed timelines. Act as a contact window for Nestle Affiliates and 3rd party Suppliers on all Import/Export activities including Claim/Complaints, Return and Refusals.

- Take lead on Event Management covering NPD, Recipe change, Promotion, New Atrwork and Sourcing change by deploying comprehensive timeline to ensure timely execution of the related events
- Accountable for ensuring Ontime Product Brief availability for both Export & Import by coordinating with related stakeholders (Scientific Regulatory Affair, Manufacturing Services, Logisctics, Planners)
- Take full charge of managing IMS Complaints, doing root cause analysis for planning related complaint, liaise & coordinate with respective PIC for other complaint reason, taking actions with respective team, follow up to ensure complaint to be concluded and settled on time.
- Perform regular review with Nestle Affiliates to discuss on agreed measures to improve service
- Review our Export Brochure regularly to capture any New product, Process & Filling/packing capability and available Capacity.
- Supervise Import Permit renewal processes to ensure Import permit availability by SKU by port of discharge as the enabler to ensure our supply ability
- Continuously evaluate and seek for Improvement opportunity to strengthen service performance of IMS function

**What will make you successful**
- Three or more years of relevant operations experience in Supply Chain or beyond
- Experience in Project Management and Innovation & Renovation project
- Experience in Export & Import or shipping industry is an additional advantage.
