**Job Description Summary**: You will work closely with your EHS Leader and Team, with the primary focus to support the EHS department in the development and growth of the EHS management system and safety culture. You will have opportunity to develop and assist the process of SMK3 certification & maintain other ISO Certification.
- ** Job Description**
- Supporting EHS Key Performance Indicators (KPI) excellence including but limited to concern and findings closure rate.
- Working with EHS Head department to ensure the facility is maintaining compliance with legislative requirements and that appropriate programmes are implemented to meet new legislative requirements.
- Reinforcing EHS management system documentation, ensuring compliance aspect to participate in the development or maintain ISO certifications (i.e. 45001, 14001).
- Develop and assist the process of SMK3 certification.
- Support of EHS programmes on site, including delivery of training & campaign, accident/incident investigation, conducting safety & environmental risk assessments, working permit, safety observation, stop work, as well as developing and maintaining EHS Culture.
- Performing regular EHS inspection and evaluation.
- ** Qualifications & Desirable Skills**
- Currently pursuing a Degree in Occupational Health & Safety or Environmental Engineering.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Good technical skills with a systematic and thorough approach to problem solving.
- Prefer having presentation and videography skills.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively.
- Well-practiced organizational skills and ability to plan and meet deadlines.
- Ability to multi-task, maintain flexibility, and work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Duration minimum 6 month ( fulltime )
