Intern Pmo

As a project Admin internship you will help and assist the Project coordinators team in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) through monitoring, documentation, budget estimation, project timeline, etc.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assisting and remind the project coordinator team for weekly/biweekly client report
- Assisting in project management on the project control book, enters data, tracks issues and changes, produces status reports and handles financial and procurement transactions.
- Calculate employee clocking work and analyse the work details
- Assisting project preparation (legal documentation, document attachment, documentation routing system)

Requirements:

- Management/Business Administration/Computer Science / Management Information / Information Technology/Mathematics or any other major that relates.
- Good communication skills
- Detail oriented in administrative work
- Adaptable to fast-paced working environment
- Excellent team player
- Good in written and communication in English
- Mature, Self-motivated and hardworking

Jenis Pekerjaan: Magang
Panjang kontrak: 3 bulan

Gaji: Rp550.000 - Rp550.100 per bulan
