**Intern, Regional Product Ops (Search & Recommendation & Content) - Sea Labs**

Internship
- Work with other regional teams to develop structured policy by collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Support data operations for data science-based traffic label identification
- Collaborate with local teams to improve labeling quality and guideline understanding
- Involve and review operational processes to drive productivity improvements in guideline management ranging from training, validating, and calibrating cases with agents
- Involved in day to day basis of guideline enforcement by understanding the local culture, context, and legal environment and proactively updating with latest trends

**Job Requirements**:

- Final Year Students or Recent Graduates from any majors are welcomed to apply
- Experience in data processing using Ms. Excel is required. Python or Structured Query Language coding experience will be an advantage
- Strong communication skills and well-versed in English (spoken and written)
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia (required) or Mandarin (optional) to facilitate cross-border collaborations and communications
