Internal Audit Department Head

You will report directly to Internal Audit Group Head of PTAsuransi Tugu Pratama Indonesia Tbk, one of the top 5 general insurancecompanies in Indonesia. We have strong financial performance that recognizedthrough A- Stable Outlook status from a reputable credit rating agency in theworld, AM Best.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinating and carrying out all stages of theaudit implementation process
- Coordinating and implementing the follow-upmonitoring process of audit results
- Conduct activities to identify processimprovement and automation opportunities, cost savings, revenue enhancement,and related recommendations for corrective and preventive actions
- Reviewing audit findings, audit report results,and finalizing reports
- Lead and develop a team to achieve assignmentobjectives
- Propose a third party involved in the process inthe Department in accordance with applicable regulations

**Qualifications**:

- Min Bachelor Degree of Accounting/Economic,preferably from reputable university
- At least 9 year of working experiences in therelated fields is required for this position
- Ability to work independently and in team,highly accuracy and detailed oriented
- Able to work under pressure and a tight deadline
- Fluent in English with min TOEFL >450 orTOEIC >550
- Fast learner, high attention to details and canwork under pressure
- Have knowledge, experience and QIA Certificationis preferably
