Internal Control Analyst

Job Description:- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company's financial reporting processes and systems- Perform regular reviews of financial reports to identify any discrepancies or inaccuracies- Evaluate and test internal controls to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry best practices- Identify areas of potential risk and develop strategies to mitigate those risks.- Conduct audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and make recommendations for improvementRequirement:- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field- Proven experience in **internal control over financial reporting** or audit roles- **In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and regulations, especially in Oil & Gas industry** (GAAP, IFRS, etc.)- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail- Familiar with **Ms. Office** (Ms. Excel, Ms. Word, and Ms. PPT)- Experience in using **Ms. Visio** for creating business flowchart is a plus**Job Types**: Full-time, ContractContract length: 12 months**Salary**: Rp6,000,000 - Rp9,000,000 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:- Jakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- S1 (preferred)
