Internal Control & Legal Associate

**Responsibilities**:

- Drafting and review of legal documents (i.e. agreements, letters)
- Provide advice to internal relating to compliance with applicable laws, regulation and policies
- Handle a broad range of corporate legal matters, legal document filings, and administration
- Provide legal opinion and/or analysis related to the company's activities
- Handle and manage company's guideline, compliance and permits, including LKPM reports
- Help create employees' awareness of relevant policies, procedures and programs through formal training and communications
- Handle any ad-hoc project/duties that may be required, including any matters related to industrial relations

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in law from a reputable university
- Min. 2-year experience as a corporate legal
- Having knowledge of OSS system (preferred)
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (writing and oral)
- Understanding of legal matters related to sales operations (preferred)
- Ability to evaluate and identify facts, issues and deliver appropriate recommendations to mitigate legal risk to secure the interest of the company
- Proactive mindset with a commitment to continuous learning and professional development
- Strong communication skills and able to work with cross departments
