Internal Control Officer

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor Degree
- Fresh Graduate or preferably min 1 year experience in internal audit, compliance, or internal control functions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas of improvement and develop effective solutions
- Excellent English communication

**Job Desc**:

- Ensure all risk register cases in MAWAS have been mitigated
- Monitor and follow-up actions on suggested improvement in MAWAS (management awareness)
- Checking daily activities that require supervision, such as CCTV checks, Clean Desk checks, EDD report checks, failed disbursement/prakerja data sample checks, etc
- Checking sample and requirement documents for External Audit
- Work closely with the SOP and Business Process Manager to develop flow processes for SOPs/WIs/Internal Guidance, ensuring clarity and consistency in operational procedures
