International Marketing - Business Coordinator

**What will we be expecting you to do?**
- Work with team members to find potential customers and meet company monthly standard
- You will be working remotely and reporting to our HQ team
- Do direct visit to clients place
- Documents client's information including phone number, address, and call history
- Respond to forthcoming inquiries regarding USA FDA, Process Certification, Product Certification, and Training through phone calls
- Ready to take outbound calls
- Provide timely and professional responses to client queries.
- Adhere to a night shift schedule to align with US working hours.
- Ensure availability during key US business hours for real-time communication.

- Able to join immediately
- Confident and good communication in English and Indonesia language
- Able to accept constructive criticism and willingness to improve skills
- Good communicating and persuasion skills
- Able to use basic computer software like Words, PPT and Excel
