Our second brand Glowinc is breaking the boundaries by offering genderless products at affordable prices. Our offline/online commerce BeautyHaul is the core for carrying multiple brands that we have directly to our customers. We are incubating more and more business models in our platform and aim to be a strong regional player in the beauty, within the South Asia region.
**Responsibilities**:
- Generate and deliver a content marketing strategy to each country.
- Develop and implement new and effective marketing strategies for brand awareness campaigns and always on brand-building initiatives
- Do market research, analyze competitors, and handle customer experience
- Develop compelling user-centric content for official accounts
- Handling online marketing campaigns
- Building and maintaining relationships with local KOLs or influencers
- Manage weekly & monthly marketing reports
**Requirements**:
- Min. 3 years of experience in international marketing or any related field.
- Experienced in the beauty industry will be a plus
- A hustler with out of the box idea.
- Proficient in English both written and speech
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
