International Medical Assistance Executive

Details of the offer

**Job Responsibility**
- Perform daily operational international medical assistance department
- Obtain medical reports, invoice, and/or supporting documents from providers to relay to client/ related departments
- Analyze documents obtained and provide Client Specific Updates
- Analyze and assess supporting documents received and translate to English necessary information to relay to both Clients and Providers for their review
- Placement of Guarantee of Payment in designated provider
- Generate quotation for case fee, service, and local partner fee
- Work in alignment with SOP and regulations of the International Medical Assistance department.
- Work closely with Team members to provide the necessary and best services for Clients
- Verify case, client, and member's eligibility
- Verify and check on whether the expenditures are aligned with the invoice generated
- Contact via phone and escalate urgent request to provider for complaint resolution (Ad hoc)

**Qualifications**
- Medical background/knowledge optional (Nurse/Midwife/Pharmacist)
- Background in customer service is an advantage
- Minimum 1 year of employment in Insurance/TPA or similar industries
- Well-versed in English, spoken and written. Certification from a University or a standardized test (IELTS, TOEFL) will be an advantage
- Willing to work in shifts
- Great personality, positive attitude, and able to work in a team
- Computer Literate, experience in operating a CRM/ Ticketing system is an advantage
