The International Mobility Supervisor is responsible for managing and coordinating the end-to-end process of expatriate transfers and ensuring smooth communication between the home, host, and Singapore teams. This includes overseeing the entire lifecycle of expatriate assignments, from the beginning of the transfer to the arrival in the host country and managing the repatriation process if the expatriate returns to the home country. - Coordinate and manage the end-to-end expatriate transfer process, ensuring compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the expatriate, providing guidance and support throughout their assignments that are related to administrations.
- Liaise with the home and Singapore teams to facilitate effective communication and ensure a seamless transfer experience for expatriate.
- Collaborate with payroll, ensuring accurate and timely processing of expatriate compensation, benefits, and tax-related matters.
- Work closely with workforce data teams to gather and maintain accurate expatriate-related information, such as assignment details, contract terms, and documentation.
- Prepare reports and analyze data related to expatriate assignments, including costs, assignment success, and repatriation metrics.
About you
- A bachelor's degree in human resources, international business, or a related field is a plus
- Proven experience in managing international mobility programs, preferably in a multinational organization, is a plus
- In-depth knowledge of international assignment policies, immigration regulations, and tax considerations.
- Strong communication skills with fluency in written and spoken English.
- Excellent interpersonal and cross-cultural communication abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with utmost discretion and sensitivity.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and project management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency in HR systems and software for managing expatriate data is desirable, is a plus
